About this site

I have been an avid rail photographer now for almost 9 years. You may have visited my previous home of photos mthomas.fotopic.net, but unfortunately, due to the recent demise of Fotopic the site is no longer accessible. So here is my first attempt at creating my own site. Many thanks must go to Martin Bray for his assistance and advice in setting this website up. It could not have been done this quickly without his help. I am now delving through my photos of the last few years and will be updating the site as often as I can to add new images. I am taking this opportunity to 'refresh' many images in photoshop in the process so this may take some time.

It is the intention of this South Wales gallery to represent how much of interest there still is to see on this part of the UK rail network. It is because of this that a big thanks is due to all gen providers, the information is invaluable and without it the vast majority of this gallery would not be here.
